In this case, we chose to fabricate a screw-retained metal-ceramic restoration supported by 6 implants, utilizing the reliability provided by multi-unit abutments. Following the established protocol and with the support of digital technology for this type of superstructure, we created a high-standard restoration with a focus on both functionality and the patient’s aesthetics.
