In this case, we selected the fabrication of two monolithic zirconia (hybrid) restorations supported by 12 implants (6 in the upper jaw and 6 in the lower jaw) via multi-unit abutments and multi-unit sleeves. Following the protocol and with the essential support of digital technology for this type of superstructure, we created a high-standard restoration with a focus on both functionality and the patient’s aesthetics.
